Every coaching engagement begins with a FREE Exploration Session. This one-hour session serves two purposes

1 .

To begin the process of determining the focus of the coaching contract. You will begin to gain clarity and solidify a goal that is your intention. This goal will help you and the coach develop a strategy for your success.

2 .

Determine if there is working chemistry between the coach and coachee. Coaching is a partnership and requires trust openness to be truly beneficial. This free session allows both the coach and coachee to determine if there is a good fit engage in a partnership toward the coachees success.
